The new-type sand making machine differs from traditional sand making equipment. For example, its frame is made of high-manganese steel (a highly wear-resistant material), making it durable. In addition, its internal components are alloy-reinforced, which are more wear-resistant than those of traditional sand making machines—greatly extending the equipment's service life. All components can be maintained via the upper part of the frame, offering advantages of labor-saving and convenience.

Product Structure:
A sand making machine generally consists of a feed hopper, classifier, crushing chamber, impeller, spindle assembly, support frame, base, transmission device, motor, and lubrication system.

1.Superior Particle Shape: During the crushing process, materials impact and crush each other without direct contact with metal components. This reduces material contamination, extends the machine's service life, minimizes over-crushing of materials, and ensures the superiority of the product's particle shape.
