Compared with the traditional linear vibrating screen, the circular vibrating screen has a more gentle screening performance. It can ensure the screening capacity while reducing the wear on the screen mesh and prolonging the service life of the screen mesh. This equipment is driven by an ordinary motor to perform a basic rotary motion similar to manual screening. It causes the material to form a horizontal and throwing three-dimensional rolling movement on the screen mesh, which is uniformly distributed from the center to the periphery on the entire screen surface. Thus, it spreads axially in a spiral motion. By adjusting the longitudinal angle and tangential angle on the oscillating body, the movement trajectory of the material on the screen mesh can be changed.

Up to 5 times higher unit area output; precise to 6th level separation, with a screening efficiency of up to 90%-99%; using efficient cleaning device systems such as silicone rubber balls and ultrasonic waves, the sieve holes will not get clogged. Sealed dust removal, safe operation; the acceleration is 4-5 times lower than that of vibrating screens, the lifespan of the screening parts is increased and maintenance is reduced; the noise is less than 70 decibels. Optimized weight and balance, low dynamic load on the foundation. The basic rotary motion is similar to manual screening. The eccentricity can be adjusted from 25 to 60 mm, and the low-speed V-type belt drive can be adjusted from 180 to 260 rpm. 

Working Principal

 The residence time of each product can be adjusted along the radial and cutting angle towards the drive axis of the vibrating screen. Therefore, a horizontal and throwing three-dimensional rolling motion is established. The material is evenly dispersed from the center to the outer edge on the entire screen surface, thus spreading axially in a spiral motion. Fine particles complete the entire screening process. The horizontal and vertical accelerations increase with the movement of the particles, and particles close to the sieve hole size are successfully separated; larger particles are transported to the outlet, where the flow rate is controlled by an adjustable guide device, which is another factor controlling the material residence time. This process is repeated between each screen layer.

Main features

Bouncing ball cleaning: Rubber and silicone balls, which are of food-grade quality, bounce on the perforated plate under the sieve screen, hitting the metal mesh and reducing mesh blockage. This system is simple to use, easy to maintain, and suitable for most granular materials.
Rotary brush cleaning: The rotary brush is driven by a reducer gear installed on the base plate and rotates the screen under the sieve screen to clean the material, suitable for the screening of spherical, crystalline and brittle materials.
Ultrasonic cleaning: High-frequency ultrasonic waves are transmitted to the sieve screen, cleaning the screen while significantly improving production capacity. Suitable for most fine, high-output, and difficult-to-sift materials. It is more unique in mechanical design, achieving a truly efficient and energy-saving design concept.
