Crushing
Jaw Crusher
It applies multiple crushing actions (extrusion, kneading, grinding) to materials, reducing them from large to small sizes. The materials fall gradually until discharged through the outlet.
Ore Washing
Drum Ore Washer
The motor drives the drum to rotate at a fixed speed via a transmission device. As the drum rotates, ores move with it; since the drum is inclined, ores gradually travel from the feed inlet to the discharge outlet inside. A built-in high-pressure flushing pipe removes mud and fine powder from the ore surface.

Electric Heating Roasting Furnace
It converts electrical energy into heat via elements (e.g., resistance wires, carbon rods) to raise the furnace temperature for roasting materials. The furnace tube is a rotatable cylinder: materials enter one end, tumble inside as the furnace rotates, and move toward the other end.

Materials enter the machine through the feed inlet and are first accelerated by a high-speed rotating impeller (mounted on the rotor). As the impeller spins, materials gain high speed, then are thrown out to strike the cavity lining and other materials at extreme velocity, achieving crushing.

It screens materials via eccentric oscillation. A special drive makes the screen box perform near-planar circular, elliptical, or reciprocating linear motion. This motion lets materials continuously change direction and speed on the screen surface.

Magnetic Separator
It uses a magnetic field (generated by energized coils in air) for separation, mainly sorting strong magnetic substances, fine weak magnetic substances, and mechanical iron from quartz sand.
Reaction
Double-Cone High-Temperature Reactor
The reactor’s double-cone body ensures good material mixing and tumbling, promoting uniform reactions. Compared to traditional cylindrical reactors, the double-cone structure reduces dead corners during stirring/reaction, boosting efficiency and product quality.
Flotation
Centrifugal Flotation Machine
It uses centrifugal force to enhance flotation. After ore pulp and reagents enter, mineral particles and bubbles are thrown to the rotor’s edge at high speed under the centrifugal force from the rotating rotor.
Dewatering
Centrifugal Dewatering Machine
It achieves solid-liquid separation using centrifugal force. When wet materials are placed in the high-speed rotating drum, denser solid particles are thrown to the drum’s inner wall and accumulate there, while water (lower density) is discharged through the drainage holes or other devices on the drum wall.
