The double-cone rotary reactor mainly consists of a machine base, double-cone cylinder, vacuum device, heating device, etc. The double-cone cylinder is equipped with a jacket, which can be filled with heat transfer media such as heat transfer oil. The angle between its inclined surface and the horizontal plane is generally 40°-50°. In addition, it is also equipped with a feed port, discharge port, thermometer port, vacuum port, etc

The internal structure is simple, easy to clean and maintain, and meets GMP requirements.
