Electromagnetic Iron Remover

The electromagnetic separator consists of a storage hopper, feeder, main machine magnetic cavity, vibrator, pneumatic distributor, automatic electrical control cabinet, oil circulation water cooler, etc.

1. Low energy consumption, uniform magnetic field distribution, high intensity, and high stability.
2. Capable of removing micron and other magnetic substances through honeycomb-shaped magnetic conductive plates.
3. Equipped with symmetric vibration motors to realize high-frequency vibration of magnetic conductive plates, improving material fluidity.
4. Adopts plate heat exchangers to enhance coil heat dissipation and increase current stability.
5. The main machine is equipped with a real-time temperature monitoring system to ensure safe operation of the equipment.
