Product Introduction:
The double-stage crusher is also called no-screen bottom double-stage crusher. It is equivalent to two hammer crushers combined into one, and the two groups of hammer crushers rotors are combined into a whole and used in series, which is a new raw material crusher
Application Fields:
It is mainly applicable to quartz stone, the crushing of calcite, limestone, slag, shale, coal gangue, construction waste, construction fertilizer and other materials in brick and tile plants.
Product Structure:
Main Features:
The double-stage crusher is mainly composed of components such as the frame, rotors, and hammers. The motor directly drives the rotors via belts, and materials are crushed by the impact force exerted by the hammers as the rotors rotate. The frame consists of two parts: the upper cover and the lower base. The double-stage crusher is equipped with two motors that drive the rotors through belts, with the two rotor sets connected in series. Each rotor is composed of a rotor shaft, triangular discs, circular discs, hammer shafts, and hammers. Screen bars are installed in the grooves of the screen bar frames on both sides of the inner wall of the lower base. Eccentric wheels are mounted beneath the screen bar frames, which are used to adjust the gap between the screen bars and the hammers.
