Product Introduction:

A jaw crusher is a primary crushing equipment widely used in mining, construction, and aggregate processing to reduce large, hard materials (e.g., granite, limestone, gold ore) into smaller particles. This machine typically adopts a crank double-link mechanism, which minimizes stress on key transmission parts (eccentric shaft, connecting rod) despite high crushing reaction forces—making it suitable for large/medium-sized models handling tough materials. 

Product Structure:
The working parts of a jaw crusher are two jaw plates: one is the fixed jaw plate (fixed jaw), which is vertically (or slightly inclined outward at the upper end) fixed on the front wall of the machine body; the other is the movable jaw plate (movable jaw), which is inclined and forms a crushing chamber (working chamber) that is large at the top and small at the bottom with the fixed jaw plate. The movable jaw plate makes periodic reciprocating movements towards the fixed jaw plate, separating and approaching alternately.

When the jaw crusher works, the movable jaw plate makes periodic reciprocating movements towards the fixed jaw plate, approaching and leaving alternately. When approaching, materials are crushed by extrusion, splitting and impact between the two jaw plates; when leaving, the crushed materials are discharged from the discharge opening by gravity.
In the process of crushing huge stones into small stones, the first crusher is usually the "primary" crusher. The oldest and most robust crusher is the jaw crusher. When feeding the jaw crusher, materials are poured into the crushing chamber with jaw teeth from the top inlet, and the jaw teeth push the materials against the chamber wall with great force to crush them into smaller stones.
