VSI Sand Making Machine

The new-type sand making machine is different from traditional sand making equipment. For example, the frame is made of high-wear-resistant manganese steel, which is durable. In addition, its internal parts are added with alloys, making it more wear-resistant than traditional sand making machines and greatly improving the service life of the equipment. Moreover, all parts can be maintained or replaced through the upper part of the frame, featuring labor-saving and convenience.

Working Principle

The material to be crushed is fed into the crushing cavity through the feed port and divided into two parts by the distributor. One part enters the high-speed rotating impeller, is driven to accelerate rapidly, and then is ejected from the three uniformly distributed flow channels of the impeller at a speed of 60-70 meters per second. It first collides and crushes with the material falling freely from the distributor, then together impacts the material lining in the vortex cavity, is rebounded by the material layer, obliquely impacts the top of the vortex cavity, changes direction, moves obliquely downward, and forms a material curtain together with the material ejected from the impeller flow channels. Therefore, each piece of material is crushed by at least two or even multiple collisions, frictions and grindings in the crushing cavity. The material crushed to the appropriate particle size is discharged from the sand making machine through the discharge port at the lower part.
